Went in to get a quote to fix a broken hinge on my laptop and have it submitted to the insurance company for reimbursement....Eddie said he would get the quote to me by end of day....never happened. Emailed him a few days later....again, nothing. Very unreliable.

I was very frustrated because my newly built desktop PC was not booting up. I’ve built several PCs in the past, but not in a while - but had to upgrade due to Windows 11. I took my new build into the shop. Eddie looked it over and immediately noticed that I hadn’t connected a cable to a port that was concealed behind another component at the top of the motherboard. I was embarrassed, but he was very cool. I was thrilled that it was something easy and wanted to pay him; however, he declined to take any payment for his expertise. I appreciate his honesty.

eddie is an expert in his field, very professional and very good at what he does! i thought diagnosis, ordering, and installing my new motherboard would take at least a week but i was very pleasantly surprised that he set me straight in a fraction of that time! highly, highly, highly recommend. thank you again eddie :)

I had a faulty SSD and asked if it would be possible to recover the data and/or repair the drive. Eddie repaired the drive that same day and copied the data to a backup disk for a very reasonable charge. Would recommend.

Just came in to get my SSD card upgraded and was treated to exceptional service. Got it back the next day and it was working great. I have to say, Eddie is definitely the guy you want to go to for this type of stuff when I left, he even gave me some tips to help everything smoother. 10/10 Definitely my first choice pick.
